Exclusive duplex apartment, with excellent views of the sea and the bay of Tossa, located in the most emblematic and beautiful high standing building of the town, built by a renowned architect.

Gradual building in the form ladder .... Its construction mixed rock materials with the magnificent vegetation, which makes an incredible symbiosis. The view of this building from the sea creates the impression of seeing a building merged within the mountain.

 

DISTRIBUTION

The interior of this duplex apartment, decorated with a great personality, and character, is really incredible. Is the perfect combination to feel like you are staying on a cruise, the seafaring interior decoration, like a boat, with all the details and in the outside, the splendid view and proximity to the sea.

It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terraces on the roof and at the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the large living room with access to the privileged terrace, from where you can see amazing sunrise and sunset.

Capacity for 8 people:

- 2 rooms with double bed

- 1 room with 2 single beds

- 1 room with bunk beds

On the roof of the building there is a communal pool, racquetball , playground and a games room with table tennis , billiards, huge room ... so you can still enjoy the incredible views.

 

LOCATION

The apartment is in the first line for sea views and at the same time, right next to the “Vila Vella”, the walled city.

For those who don’t know Tossa, you don’t have to worry about noises for being at the first line. Not much later than midnight all restaurant are close and the street is really quiet.

Distance from the beach is less than 1 minute. There is a little supermarket a minute away and another one, a little bit bigger 4 minutes away. The biggest is 10 minutes walking.

This zone belongs to the old neighborhood, so you will find narrow streets, nice shops and much more.

 

SORROUNDINGS

Tossa is a beautiful and quiet town, with a lot of charm. Ideal to travel with your couple, family or with the kids.

It is one of the most beautiful town in all Costa Brava, where you can steel feel the little old town atmosphere and where is not allowed to build tall buildings.

Besides enjoying the beaches, there are a lot other things to do. For example: walk around the old and narrow streets from the walled town "Vila Vella", go the the lighthouse and relax at the "Bar del Far", while you enjoy the incredible views of the rugged coastline and the cliffs. Walk around the comercial area, full of little shops, incredible tours to the mountain, bike rides, ship tours, visit all the little and hidden beaches around, and so many other things we can recommend, according to your needs.

For young people there are nice things too. There are no big discos in Tossa, but there are a lot of nice musical bars where you can enjoy nice moments

Tossa is a little town, where you can find all kind of shops and services.

For your staying, its not necessary a car, because distances are really short and go all across the town will take you no more than 20 minutes walking.

However, if you are interested in visiting the surroundings, we do recommend a car.

We have cots for babies and high, on request and with extra cost of 30 euros for the total stay chair.

HOW TO GET

You can reach Tossa by:

Own car or rented.

Bus, from Barcelona or Girona City, and from their airports aswell.

With train you can only go to Blanes, and there you can take a bus to Tossa

Nearest airports are Barcelona (100km) and Girona (40km).

It will be a pleasure, to suggest the best option, depending on your landing time, you departure place, if you come with kids or not, etc. Please do not hesitate on asking us.

DO NOT USE THE INSTANT BOOKING

Before booking, ask us to accept the group. If you are a young group and you book instantaneously, it may be possible that we cancel the reservation and that you loose the service fees.

If we accept the reservation a specific contract for young clients will be signed at the arrival. 


ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

-You need to provide us an e-mail address.

-We need to know at what time you will arrive, your flight number or by which means you will arrive to the apartment.

-As dictated by the law of our country, you will fill up a form that we will send a few days prior to your arrival, with information about each occupant

AT THE ARRIVAL
-If there are any changes concerning your time of arrival. It is important that you let us know as soon as you can so that we can reorganize ourselves. 
-If you want us to meet you at the appartment you will have to give us a call 30 minutes before your arrival (no messages, please).
-Otherwise you can pick up the keys at our office during working hours. These can vary depending on the season.
-At the arrival we will read the electronic counter in order to verify the consumption after your stay. Electricity is included in the price if it is used within normal parameters. If you make a responsible consumption of the electricity there will be no extra fee. 
-At the check-in you need to pay the tourist tax for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 16 are exempt.
-Is mandatory that all the occupants identify themselves at the check-in.
-You will need to sign a basic rent contract that is mandatory in our country.
-The person who made the reservation must be one of the occupants and must be the one signing the contract.

DURING THE STAY
-You have to follow all the indications that we will give you at the arrival regarding the good use of the property.
-We will furnish some basic elements for the first few of the days (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, a sponge). Once they are finished you have to buy your own products.
-Our towels can not be brought to the pool or the beach.
-Animals are not permitted in the properties.
-It is forbidden to smoke.
-Parties in the properties are prohibited. 
-If you don’t comply to these norms or if we get complaints from the neighbors, you can be evicted immediately from the property without necessarily being reimbursed.
-Before the check-out : the dishes have to be cleaned and you have to throw the garbage and the remaining food. If you don’t want to bring with you food that is still in its packaging of origin, our team will make sure that is not thrown away.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The check-in time starts at 3PM and the check-out time is until 11AM.
Additional fees:

-Late check-in : 30€ after 9PM
-Late check-in : 60€ after 11PM

Depending on the availability we can have certain flexibility : 

-Early check-in: 30€ before 2PM

-Late check-out: you will be charged 50% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.

- Late check-out (high season): you will be charged 75% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM. 


REMARK: The norms are the same for all of our properties. When we mention the air conditioning, the pool or the beach we refer to the properties that have access to these utilities.


SECURITY DEPOSIT
The non-compliance of a norm can lead to the retaining of the security deposit.

Here are some advises to avoid any problems with the security deposit return:
-Do not host more people than the ones you have indicated in the reservation.
-The stay time of your day visitors can’t exceed the 50% of the time of your occupancy.  
-Be respectful and careful with all the elements of the property.
-Throw the garbage, throw the remaining food and clean the utensils before you leave.

We were very pleased with the apartment and the view from balcony was amazing. Still remember our breakfast at the balcony. Tossa de Mar was a really beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay there.

We were two families who lived there for a week. The apartment is large and spacious and has everything you need. The balcony is absolutely wonderful to be on from morning to night! Location is also super! Located right on the beach, close to supermarkets and nightlife. Christian and Ana are very nice and accommodating. In summary, it is a very lovely apartment that we like to live in again!

We had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful and spacious apartment along the promenade of Tossa de Mar! The apartment is built on two levels and has two terraces with high sun (sun on the terraces up to about 13) and a fantastic view out to sea. The apartment is very centrally located in Tossa de Mar and had all facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and coffee maker. We stayed in the apartment with three children. Very hospitable hosts!

We were a large group that spent 11 nights in the apartment. We had a great time! The apartment has a really good location, between the 2 main beaches. The terrace is as amazing as in the pictures and the living room is very spacious. The pool in the collective space was really perfect for the days when we wanted to cool off. Since we were many and our stay was long, there were a couple of minor problems, But Ana and Kristjan were very attentive and made sure to replace everything very quickly. In general, they are very professional and do their best to offer good service.

We had a great holiday in this apartment. The location is ideal - right between the main beach and the Mar Menuda. Kristjan and Ana waited for us with the keys as our flight was delayed, and communicated well when it was time to check out. The view from the balconies is fantastic, and just right to watch the sun rise over the Mar Menuda. We've been coming to Tossa for many years (40!) so know it very well, but still discover something new each year.

The apartment has the best view of the Tossa de Mar coast line, a nice big table on the deck to have meals together outdoors, good location - close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Nice hosts.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce superbe appartement avec vue sur la mer à Tossa de Mar, magnifique et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Kristian et Ana nous ont très bien accueillis, avec une bonne bouteille de vin offerte en guise de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons car c'est un logement idéal pour profiter des atouts de la ville : plage en bas, tous commerces.... et vue superbe. La terrasse nous a permis de passer d'excellentes soirées en toute tranquillité. Nous sommes partis à 4 couples, et 3 enfants. C'est trop pour la capacité de l'appartement, c'est 8 personnes maxi, mais nous avons insisté pour avoir des lits bébé supplémentaires. L'idéal serait 2 couples avec 3 ou 4 enfants. Nous avons adoré l'architecture de cet immeuble à flanc de colline que nous avions repéré lors d'un précédent séjour, et n'avons absolument pas &eacut
